About This Game

Front Mission 2 takes place in June 2102, twelve years after the first Huffman Conflict. In Alordesh — the game's name for Bangladesh, a member state of the Oceania Cooperative Union — anti-OCU sentiment has been building for decades, and the breaking point comes when the Alordeshi Armed Forces execute a coup and declare independence. Three characters navigate the chaos from different angles: Corporal Ash Faruk of the Muddy Otters, trying to escape the country; Captain Thomas Norland of the Dull Stags, who chooses to stay and fight; and OCU intelligence officer Lisa Stanley, tasked with locating and freeing OCU prisoners of war. As the three storylines intersect, a fourth player emerges — an unnamed third party supplying the coup forces with advanced technology, including a classified weapon system codenamed FENRIR. Unraveling who controls FENRIR and why becomes the key to understanding the true nature of the conflict.
