In the corrupt near-future city of Moebius, the gap between rich and poor has grown into a chasm, and criminals operate freely. Naska — codename Armen Noir, A-rank Hunter at the bounty organization Bountia — makes her living stopping criminals and collecting rewards. The thing that makes her exceptional, and somewhat unusual for an A-rank: she has never killed anyone. She defeats enemies thoroughly without it, and she has no intention of starting.
