Six employees. One internet startup. Limited funding, a crowded market, and a founder who — that is you — must make the company work by any means available. That means mandatory overtime, which affects the health and mental state of the people doing it, which in turn affects both their productivity and the story. The six main characters each carry their own arc, and those arcs are shaped by the decisions you make in running the company. There are no happy endings available here. Everyone — the employees, and you — ends up changed by the work environment you create. The question is what kind of damage gets done on the way there.
