Soukai Tenki

Minato is an amnesiac who remembers only his name, exiled to the remote island of Ikishima for a crime he cannot recall. Confused and adrift, he is taken in by three island boys — Kazuya, Nagisa, and Reiji — and slowly forms deep bonds with them through shared experiences, occasional conflict, and growth. A new, peaceful life begins to take shape. Then the powers of darkness start stealing sunlight from the island, and news reaches them from the mainland: the Honnoji Incident has occurred. Lord Nobunaga Oda, who was on the verge of unifying the country, was killed by insurrection — but his body was never found. Whatever Minato is, and whatever mission the gods expect of him, the time of peace on Ikishima may be running out.
