Silas, a young detective and former police officer, enters the area alone — his daughter has been missing for four months, and locals have reported strange activities including female voices and screams. Entering the abandoned asylum lurking in the deep dark of Ridgecourt's Forest is the only possible way to rescue her. Police investigations indicate that a scientist known for dangerous experiments, Jake Kron, still works there — using human beings for his research. Silas's equipment quickly proves useless inside.
