Noah is a city on the sea — peaceful, ordered, where beings called Sylphids use emotions as fuel. Lila, slightly more attuned to emotion than most, has a chance encounter with the android 50YO-61 that feels ordained by fate. Without knowing it, she has just set in motion the unsealing of a legacy that reaches further than either of them can imagine.
