The elder Prince is framed for his father's murder — his own sword in the king's back, his brother calling the guards. With no time to prove his innocence, he is sentenced to death. In his final moments, he calls out for justice by any means necessary, and the devil hears him. A servant of Satan named Astarte intervenes, offering an afterlife of sorts: the Prince becomes the master of a dark mansion, bound to lure the living inside and offer their souls as tribute. Tecmo's Deception: Invitation to Darkness is the story of the betrayed and damned, building their trap one victim at a time.
