About This Game

Four children genetically engineered by the military to become perfect soldiers turned out instead to be geniuses—a result that annoyed General Briggs enough that he put them to work manufacturing weapons. Desperate to escape, the children retreated into their favorite role-playing game, guiding a trio of not-especially-bright but resolutely heroic dwarves through a portal into the real world. The transit was rough: the dwarves arrived with their equipment burned away by atmospheric entry, landing in a sporting goods store that conveniently supplied everything they needed for weapons and armor. The problem is that the monsters from the RPG followed them through. The three dwarves must now fight their way through a world they barely understand, find the children, and square off against General Briggs before he gets his soldiers—or his weapons—back.
