Misuzu and Shogo have been friends since childhood. They start working at the same small game development company, grind through a punishing production schedule, and finally ship the finished product. It gets reviewed badly. The company president, whose confidence in the title was significant, disappears not long after the review runs. Then he turns up dead under unclear circumstances. The strangeness escalates when Misuzu receives a phone call from someone who should not be able to make one. What started as the ordinary stress of game development turns into something much harder to explain — a psychological horror adventure that plays with the boundary between a game about a game and the world beyond it.
