At the beginning of the Taisho Era, a private detective named Mikagura Tokita established himself in Tokyo with a reputation for unusual investigative ability. Three young women joined his agency as assistants, drawn by that reputation. The question the game poses from its first frame is whether any criminal is capable of outwitting the combined intelligence assembled in this particular office.
