Rascal

Released1998
Rascal is an action, platform game. In the game, the player assumes the role of Rascal armed with the Bubble Gun, in a mission through five worlds involving a medieval castle, ancient Aztec ruins, the aquatic city of Atlantis, a pirate ship and a Western town. The player needs only to complete the past level to gain access to the next world. In each past and present level, the player has to find the six pieces of the Time Clock in order to access the Time Bubble at the end and be able to access the next form of that world. Each future level has a boss fight against Chronon. Defeating him in all five gives access to the final world.

About This Game

Professor Casper Clockwise is making the final adjustments to his time travel device when the experiment collapses entirely. Chronon — the self-appointed master of time — attacks the lab, seizes the Professor, and is accidentally dragged through the time portal along with him when the controls activate unexpectedly. The Bubble Gun falls at the feet of the Professor's son Callum, known as Rascal. He picks it up and goes after them. Pursuing Chronon through time takes Rascal from medieval Castle Hackalott through the Aztec temple at Chichimeca, the lost city of Atlantis, a pirate vessel called the Jolly Raider, and the Old West town of Dodgy City — each location's past and present both accessible, with pieces of a Time Clock to collect in each era before a final confrontation with Chronon in the Corridors of Time.
