After the war against the Divine Crusaders in Super Robot Wars III, pilots and their robots across the world have begun disappearing without explanation. Masaki Andoh returns to Ragias Kingdom, his homeland — and finds on arrival that the main government has been wiped out by terrorists. Whether the disappearances of his comrades and the collapse of Ragias are connected is the question the game sets out to answer.
