About This Game

A Link to the Past: The wizard Agahnim has been abducting the descendants of the seven sages, scheming to harness their power to shatter the barrier between worlds and break through to the Dark World. One of those descendants is Princess Zelda, who reaches out to Link for help. Armed with a trusty sword and shield, Link sets off on a journey through perilous lands to stop him. Four Swords: Long ago in Hyrule, a hero wielded the legendary Four Sword to defeat the sorcerer Vaati, sealing him within the blade, after which a shrine was raised to guard it. Years later, sensing that Vaati may have escaped, Princess Zelda asks Link to meet her at the shrine — but the moment they arrive, Vaati seizes her and carries her off to his palace in the sky. Guided by little fairies who reveal where Zelda is held, Link draws the Four Sword, which splits him into four, and the Links set out together to rescue her.
