Arcana Heart Full!

In ancient times the Elemental world and the human world were one. Sometime before recorded memory they separated. Today the Ministry of Elemental Affairs works quietly to keep the boundary between them stable, knowing that a merger would be catastrophic for humanity. Now a dimensional rift has begun to open above Tokyo, threatening that boundary directly. The only figures capable of stopping it are the Maidens — young women with the rare ability to communicate with the Arcana — and whatever waits in the skies above the city is already responding to the instability.
