Hoshiiro no Okurimono Portable

Four classmates who might have passed through school without really knowing each other find themselves thrown together when they learn the building is being demolished. The astronomy club they form is an excuse as much as anything — a reason to stay late and look up at the same sky, learning to see through each other's eyes before the time runs out.
