Wand of Fortune

Lulu transfers to a new magic school after too many incidents at the last one. Things look promising until she discovers something alarming: she has no magical attribute at all. Without one she cannot graduate, and if she cannot graduate, her powers will be sealed permanently. She has until the end of the school year to find it.
