Saikin Koi Shiteru?

A seventeen-year-old girl transfers to Seiran Academy and falls into the pool right at the entrance, where she meets what turn out to be mitochondria. No one else can see them. She names them Saikin and, with the best of intentions, begins using them to gently nudge the feelings of the people around her.
