Kaeru Batake DE Tsukamaete

Fuu and two other students decide to investigate one of their school's Seven Mysteries as a low-stakes club activity. At the old shrine on the grounds, they find two other students already there. When they force the rusted door open it crumbles, and something inside releases a cloud of smoke that catches all five of them before it disperses. They wake up as frogs.
