Death Connection

On a rainy night, a stranger leaves an infant at the doors of a country church. The priest raises her as Amelia. Seventeen years later, armed gangsters storm the church intending to kill her. Amelia and Joshua — the boy she grew up alongside — barely escape. A man who used to visit the church occasionally takes them in and gives Amelia a pendant.
