Himehibi: Princess Days Portable

Aizaki Koi is a regular high school student whose grandfather has an unusual favor to ask: enroll in his all-boys school as a one-student experiment, demonstrating to the board of directors that the school can be safely co-educated. She agrees. She becomes the school's only female student. Not everyone wants the experiment to succeed, and the threatening phone calls begin soon after she arrives.
