It was released as a stand-alone in Australia on April 29 and in Europe on April 30.

Three games. God of War: Spartan warrior Kratos bargains with Ares for power in his moment of defeat, receives the Blades of Chaos, and begins a path of violence in the gods' service. God of War II: Now the God of War himself, Kratos is stripped of his power by Zeus during the assault on Rhodes and killed — a betrayal that sets his next journey in motion. God of War III: Kratos and the Titans mount Olympus together. Poseidon falls first, flooding Greece. Gaia abandons Kratos halfway up the mountain. He continues anyway.
