Reimu has just finished dealing with a train-related anomaly when Rinnosuke contacts her with new findings: the cause of the previous disturbance was the moon. Reimu's solution is straightforward — visit Kawashiro Nitori, request a rocket, and go to the moon. Whether this will end well is another question entirely.
