Fushigi no Gensoukyou 3

Reimu and Rinnosuke are spending a rainy afternoon at Kourindou when the Gold Sphere reacts to something unknown and momentarily curses Reimu. She reaches for the Sphere; he pulls it back. Lightning strikes nearby, the Sphere flies loose, and when Rinnosuke reaches for it the dark power it was containing enters him instead. Now called Buyking—a being capable of granting any wish—Rinnosuke has cloned much of Gensokyo's population to fill Kourindou with customers. Kourindou has transformed into the Awaritium Tower. Reimu, forced to flee, encounters Mononobe no Futo on the road back to her shrine and sets out to climb the tower and undo what the rain brought in.
