The parties that already had the neighborhood talking shift into overdrive, with more elaborate options to delight your social butterflies. Childhood gets a boost beyond the usual eating and napping, thanks to new strollers and a very special doll — pour enough imagination into the toy and your child conjures an imaginary friend of their own. Kids can play dress-up with the costume trunk or vanish into a tree house, with more to do than ever before. As they grow, your Sim kids can live out teenage rebellion through the new ability to pull pranks; mix in a little Chemistry skill and those pranks become elaborate, science-fueled schemes you can record in your Sim Scrapbook and replay later with the Sim video camera. Every expansion unlocks a new Sim world, and here Sims of every age gain fresh activities. Children hang out with friends in tree houses, teens stage hilarious pranks, adults weather midlife crises, and new celebrations — raging all-teen parties while parents are away, high school graduations, formal weddings — make each stage of life more fun. Bachelor-party hijinks, trouble over bad grades, town gossip about cheating spouses: drama abounds. Sims also gain creative outlets like chemistry sets and homemade movies to watch on their own TVs, plus games of make-believe as astronauts, dinosaurs, princesses, and more. A new Memories system records all these milestones so they're easy to look back on.
