Rui ha Tomo wo Yobu

Raised as a girl by his mother because of a small mark on his body, Wakutsu Tomo learns after her death that she wanted him to continue living that way. As he navigates this new reality in his second year of high school, he discovers five girls his own age who share the same mark—each carrying her own burdens. Together they form a pact to stay close, support one another, and work through every problem until their lives find peace.
