Okazawa Midori has been working part-time jobs all year to fund a graduation cruise around Northern Europe with her college friend Togawa Saki—ten days, first time abroad. Her parents agreed to let her go. She boards a plane for the first time at Narita and lands in Sweden, where almost immediately things begin to go wrong: she gets separated from Saki, becomes lost in the airport, and is robbed. Waiting for a replacement passport in an unfamiliar hotel in a country where she cannot hold a conversation, Midori slowly begins to change.
