Kanno Hotori was living an ordinary life until two strangely dressed young men arrived at her door with a message she could not have prepared for: she has one month left to live. They are Reapers, they say, and they have come to claim her soul at the appointed time. Hotori agrees — but she has one wish she needs to fulfill first. Somewhere out there is the person she has loved from a distance and never told. She wants to say it before the month ends.
