Clown Café

Mod 428 opens by checking in on the player, having heard things have not been going well lately. He makes clear that he and the other clowns are there — he will drive over in the clown car and bring everyone along if the player ever needs it. He ends the conversation with a simple request: take my bloon. He holds up a blue balloon. The background freezes, shifting to dark shades of red and black. The audio cuts out entirely.
