On the eve of his greatest invention, Nikola Tesla's laboratory is burned to the ground — and the man responsible is horror author H.P. Lovecraft, who claims Tesla's work has made the world fundamentally unsafe. Using his occult tome and a vast army of summoned monsters, Lovecraft steals Tesla's most prized inventions and disappears into the nightmare landscape his writings describe.
Tesla does not take this quietly. He rearms with whatever remains: the Tesla-Mech, an enormous battle machine fitted with twin Tesla Miniguns; a Quantum Teleportation backpack for rapid repositioning; X-Ray Blades and Death Ray Guns for the things that get too close. What follows is a sustained assault on Lovecraftian horrors across environments that grow increasingly hostile to sanity, all in pursuit of stolen property and a reckoning with the man who started it.
