Fallen London: Older, Not Wiser

Something is preying on London at night. A bold team of cat-burglars is moving through the city under cover of darkness, relieving residents and establishments of all manner of valuables with a precision that has left the constables completely baffled. No suspect has been identified, no face has been seen, and the only clue anyone has managed to gather is a peculiar scent: distinctly, inexplicably, peach.
