Chimeras: What Wishes May Come

Derek Pierce carries the weight of the accident that left his wife Christina in a coma. A support group has helped him function, but he would give almost anything to see her awake. A strange, genie-like creature finds him outside the clinic one night and makes him an offer designed to exploit exactly that wish. Derek takes it without understanding what he is giving up in exchange. When the terms become clear, he is racing against the creature's return to find out what it is, where it came from, and whether what he wished for is still worth the cost.
