Codename: Typhoon

The story takes place in an alternate history where the USSR was never dissolved, the Cold War continued into the 21st century, and the US government weaponized psychic powers. Agent Typhoon, an American spy working for the Goatmen — the CIA's psychic warfare division — is captured while on a mission in the USSR by her former mentor, Psycho Soldier Number Seven, who defected to the KGB.
