In the year 2049, humanity makes first contact with intelligent life: the Relayers. Simultaneously, the discovery of an ancient alien civilization sets into motion the fate of the Starchildren—humans gifted with extraordinary powers. Two years later, in 2051, two young women cross paths in Artemis, a colony on the Moon's surface, and the course of history shifts.
