Yosemite Forest Ranger

Theodore Thompson is retired and has spent years deliberately staying away from Yosemite Valley — the place where his grandfather served as a Forest Ranger and where something heavy happened that Theodore has never fully reckoned with. Now, in the early 1980s, he goes back to fill his grandfather's position and walk those trails again. The wilderness is genuinely beautiful. The emotional weight he brought with him is not lighter for being outdoors. A narrative exploration game about a man finally returning to the place he never stopped thinking about.
