In 2048, the evolution of network technology has produced a new category of crime: PSYber crimes. These are not conventional attacks — they are direct assaults on a person's mind, eroding and rewriting memories and identity. Somewhere in the shadows, a Hollow is connected to these crimes. The Communication Information Guardian — C.I.G. — was formed specifically to stop them. As a Branch Commander, your role is to recruit members, train them, and lead them into battle against threats that operate at the level of human consciousness.
