A flight from Moscow to Barnaul goes down in the Altai Mountains because of a crew error, leaving nearly two dozen strangers stranded together with injuries, no food, and a very real risk of freezing to death. The group dynamics are already strained when they discover an abandoned Soviet bunker built inside a cave — warm, well-stocked, and apparently untouched for decades. They move in. The relief is short-lived. What they find inside the bunker makes everything that happened before the crash look manageable by comparison.
