The Poop Killer is dead, and for the first time in a while, people can use a public restroom without fear. Then a fanatic decides to carry on the legacy. Meanwhile, Billy runs a shop catering to a specific clientele, and when one of his customers clogs the bathroom, an already tense situation begins to escalate in entirely unexpected directions.
