Tomodachi Kara Koibito he

Yoshiki Michinaga works for a game company called Nozarashi Soft. His boss insists he attend a speed dating event. He goes, fully expecting to hate it — and ends up talking to two women who both work in the same industry: Mizore Susukawa, a scenario writer moonlighting around her day job, and Hisagi Amakusa, a voiceover artist balancing part-time work alongside her craft. As the three of them continue to meet and spend time together, their bonds deepen into something real, and Yoshiki begins to notice that the way he feels about one of them is changing.
