It is only available as part of Faith: The Unholy Trinity which also includes the 2 previous games. Faith and Faith: Chapter II were delisted with its release.

About This Game
On September 21, 1986, two priests arrived at the Martin family home in rural Connecticut to investigate a reported demonic possession. Only two people would leave that house alive. Aided by a mysterious stranger, a young priest must travel through the dark Connecticut countryside to find and stop a Satanic cult before it summons one of the most powerful demons ever recorded.
