The apartment deal is almost too good to be real. The single condition: do not move the old photograph hanging in your bedroom. The building's owner, Vanessa Smith, says it belonged to her late grandmother and she would like it to stay as a memorial. Something in her explanation does not quite add up. Strange things start happening. Your dreams become repetitive and unsettling.
