Shinji is a former street racer who has been given a second chance — sent to the picturesque Japanese town of Buruwasu to leave his criminal past behind. A chance encounter drops him into the middle of a protest over an unsolved murder. Using his sharp instincts, he gathers evidence, builds a case, and works to bring justice to a city that desperately needs it.
