A few weeks after Iris the Rainbow Dragon led her Sea Dragons to Earth to claim the oceans, the dragons' attitudes have softened. The unlikely coexistence between humanity and dragonkind is slowly settling in, and one unemployed protagonist in Nowhere, Japan is living his best life surrounded by an ever-growing entourage of dragon royalty. As the end of August approaches, the town prepares its first-ever summer festival that dragonkind will experience. Days of memories tick down one by one — and unbeknownst to our protagonist, a new shadow is already looming.
