The world of Gaia once held a single unified civilization that grew, shared knowledge, and prospered for centuries. Unsatisfied with nature's gifts, they turned to technology — and in doing so began to destroy the earth that sustained them. The God of Renewal, Irae, finally sundered the continent, separating the peoples by vast oceans to halt their destruction. After millennia apart, the lands are reconnecting. Kingdoms that were once continents of their own are rediscovering each other, unified now by a reverence for the land and a crystalline energy called JEWELs. Ancient heroes from the Inner Grove are being summoned back to defend the kingdoms. The Age of Heroes has begun.
