Tasogare no Shape Shifter

Hiroto Takenouchi's clingy ex-girlfriend — whom he should have broken up with yesterday — appears before him. Except it is not her. It is a shapeshifter called Eiko, who has taken Chise into herself but claims not to have absorbed her completely. Eiko's demand: let me live as your girlfriend for a limited time, and I will safely release Chise. What begins as a temporary, make-believe romance becomes something else entirely. Eiko turns out to be even more in sync with Hiroto than Chise ever was. And when the truth must be faced, it will change everything.
