Cyber Citizen Shockman

Tasuke and Kyapiko are Japanese school kids—and secret androids built by Doc, a scientist who gave them the ability to transform into armored superheroes called Shockman. Their nemesis is Dark Skull: Doc's first cybernetic creation, gone rogue, now commanding a criminal army called the Skull Force that has seized civilians across multiple city locations. As Shockman, fight through the city building by building, rescue every hostage, and bring Dark Skull down.
