The Immolate

On your way to visit family on a rainy autumn day, a road closure forces you onto an old village road. Your car begins making strange sounds and eventually stops entirely. You spot a house with a light on and go to the door for help. The door is already open. No one is inside. Then the phone rings, and as you approach it, you feel something watching.
