Sym.Bios: Torn Asunder

In 2364, the wounds of World War III have healed — but radiation still kills slowly in what remains of the Rome area. Wealthy philanthropist Min-Joon Watal chose this location to build Tosca, an underground sanctuary city shielded from the radioactive surface above. The locals do not trust him. A man from the Colonies — the artificial satellites where the rich escaped Earth's collapse — coming to save the people who were left behind seems wrong to them. Conspiracy theories spread. Civilian militias form to attack the construction site. Tosca has not even been built yet and it is already at war.
