Set twenty years before Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean, Baten Kaitos Origins follows Sagi — a spiriter connected to Guardian Spirits and member of the Dark Service, an elite unit of the Alfard Empire. Framed for a crime he did not commit, Sagi sets out to clear his name and uncover the secrets of the empire itself.
