In the city of Enonoia, injustice and crime run as deep as inequality and repression. Koraki Mavrosa grew up comfortable — until her family was abducted by the Master Order Trained Hire, the city's authoritarian enforcement arm. While investigating, Koraki stumbles on technology that accidentally transforms a wild grizzly bear into a man. She calls him Arkuma. He has his own grievances with the police. Together, they launch a revolution against the institution that wronged them — though whether their clashing ideals can coexist without spreading the very corruption they set out to destroy remains to be seen.
