Anemoi

Ten years after burying a time capsule, the day to open it was approaching. Mugi Hayakawa, along with his younger sister Rikka, decides to visit the northern town of Masumi — a place that makes you forget the hustle and bustle of the city, with a slow pace of life amidst strong winds. Benefiting from the large windmills, life there is built on experience, wisdom, and human connections. Until the promised time, Mugi decides to spend his days living slowly in the town while interacting with the people there.
